Magayo Harrison, BSN, RN
Nursing Director & Founder
I started Endless Joy Home Care to provide families with a trusted partner who delivers excellent care while bringing comfort and joy into the home. I personally oversee every care plan with a nurse’s eye and a caregiver’s heart.
Jerome Harrison
Co-Founder & Director
Security and Loss Prevention Specialist with over 20 years of experience, including lead roles in both residential and high-profile hospitality settings. As Lead Agent, I oversaw security operations for the Washington Commanders (formerly Redskins) during home games at Marriott hotels, ensuring VIP safety and coordination with hotel staff. I also have extensive experience in home security systems, theft prevention, and incident response. In addition, I bring several years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), reinforcing my strong background in client care, attention to detail, and emergency response.
